By accessing tensight.ai (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What this Site is

This Site is a marketing website describing the Tensight platform, including a self-serve ROI estimator and a demo-scheduling flow. It is not itself the Tensight product — access to and use of the Tensight platform by customers is governed by a separate written agreement between Tensight/Tenovia and the customer.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Site other than through standard search-engine indexing;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or any systems connected to it;
• Use the Site to transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
• Misrepresent your identity when booking a demo.

4. Intellectual property

"Tensight" and associated logos are trademarks of Tensight/Tenovia. The content, design and code of this Site are owned by Tensight/Tenovia or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for normal browsing and sharing of public page links.

5. Third-party services

Demo scheduling on this Site is powered by Calendly, a third-party service. Your use of the scheduling widget is also subject to Calendly's own Terms of Service.

6. The ROI calculator

The ROI calculator on this Site produces illustrative estimates only, based on general industry benchmarks and the figures you enter. It is not a guarantee, quote, or forecast of actual results for your business.

7. Disclaimers

This Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tensight/Tenovia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
