1. Who we are

Tensight ("Tensight", "we", "us") is an agentic decision platform for retail brands, operated by Tenovia and based in Bengaluru, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through tensight.ai and our demo-scheduling process, and how we use it.

2. What we collect

We collect personal data only when you choose to give it to us:

• Demo requests and scheduling: when you book a demo through our Calendly scheduler, we (and Calendly, as our scheduling provider) collect your name, work email, phone number if provided, and any notes you add.
• Direct contact: if you email us at murali@tensight.ai, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
• ROI calculator: figures you enter (e.g. GMV, marketing spend) are processed in your browser to compute an estimate and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

We do not currently run website analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy first.

3. How we use it

• To respond to demo requests and schedule, confirm and follow up on meetings.
• To answer questions you send us directly.
• To send you information you've asked for about Tensight's platform.

We do not use your data for automated decision-making, and we do not sell personal data.

4. Third-party processors

We use the following third parties to operate this website and our scheduling flow:

• Calendly, Inc. — powers our demo-booking widget and processes the scheduling details you enter. See Calendly's Privacy Policy.

If you are an existing Tensight customer, the data your brand connects to the platform (sales, inventory, marketing and channel data) is governed separately by your commercial agreement with Tensight/Tenovia, not by this website policy.

5. Cookies

Our demo-scheduling widget (provided by Calendly) may set cookies necessary for it to function. We do not currently set first-party analytics or marketing cookies.

6. Data retention

We retain demo-request and contact information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry and maintain a record of our communications, or until you ask us to delete it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have rights to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to withdraw consent to its processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at murali@tensight.ai and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the personal data we hold, including permissioned access to any systems that store it.

9. Children's privacy

This website is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
